By creating an account or using Ping64 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ping64 provides a suite of infrastructure diagnostic tools including DNS lookups, SSL checks, network diagnostics, and developer utilities. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for professional and technical use.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@ping64.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to:
Free plan — available at no cost with usage limits as described on the pricing page.
Paid plans — billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation — you may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Price changes — we will give 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Ping64 and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that results from diagnostic tools are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Tool results are informational only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security or operational decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security incidents, or other operational reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Ping64 is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
